Shipping policy

Thank you for your Bounce Pro pre-order. Please read the following carefully.

THIS IS A PRE-ORDER

Your purchase is a pre-order. The Bounce Pro is currently in production and is scheduled to begin shipping in Fall 2026. There is not a set calendar date at this time.

SHIPPING UPDATES

We will send you regular email updates on production progress. As soon as a firm shipping date is confirmed, we will notify you immediately via email. When your unit ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of shipment.

SHIPPING COST

Free standard shipping on all pre-orders within the continental United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address before your order ships, email hello@bounceback.com with your order number and new address. Address changes can be made up until 2 weeks before the shipping launch date.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package arrives damaged or shows as delivered but is missing, contact us immediately at hello@bounceback.com and we will resolve it.
